[csw-maintainers] Update of libjpeg to .so.7

Hi,

it just reappeared that jpeg has a similar issue as OpenSSL because we have both
libjpeg.so.62 and libjpeg.so.7 leading to problems as again reported today:

We should see to also clean these up, most of them could IMHO be dropped but
there are a few candidates that need rebuild. I'll set up a project page today
later on for the rdeps as listed here:
