[csw-maintainers] error while uploading package cas_texhash

I think that there's a problem with the pkgdb installed on login -
it can't import new packages.

This is usually not a problem, because all the metadata of packages
are imported during right after the GAR build. If you run pkgdb from
the GAR sources first, the upload phase will not crash.

I will see if I can fix the packaged pkgdb, in the meantime, please
use the one from GAR sources.

/path/to/your/pkgdb importpkg
staging/build-27.Jun.2012/cas_texhash-1.48,REV=2012.06.27-SunOS5.9-all-CSW.pkg.gz

I was curious, how come did the cas_texhash package escape checking
prior to uploading?
