As an acclamation is a sub-optimal way to select the board, we'll be
posting a ballot shortly to allow you to vote on the new composition
of the board.  If that ballot fails, we'll go back to a new nomination
process...we'd need at least one more person to step forward if we're
to have a vote to determine board membership.

The proposed composition of the new board will be:

President - Peter Felecan
Secretary - Maciej Blizinski
Treasurer - Ben Walton
