[csw-maintainers] The dublin release: remaining tasks

some days ago I have done some tests with cups 1.5.0 and was satisfied with the results. I would recommend  this version push to unstable.
Also I have added hplip pakage to experimental witch contains the mostly used HP PPD's for cups. This can [we|I] add to the unstable too.
