[csw-maintainers] Multiple license files now possible

Hi folks,

as discussed on the summercamp it is now possible since r19709 to specify multiple licenses for
a package with
  LICENSE += COPYING
  LICENSE += COPYING.LGPL
and such. Please see the docs for details:
