[csw-maintainers] Buildfarm inactive again

Hi folks,

the buildfarm was unresponsive again and I had to reboot the machine carrying "login"
and all sparc zones. I guess I need to set up resource controls now as it was the second
time this happened, this will probably require another zone reboot in the next few days.

Luckily I had just set up monitoring for the farm which notified me immediately...
