You need to finish building the packages without errors on checkpkg. Then
you can upload the packages from "login" with
  csw-upload-pkg <pkg1> <pkg2> ...
You must upload all packages depending on each other and all platforms
in one go or the upload will not be allowed and stops before publishing.
