Hi Juraj,
sha1 seems to be available:
$ openssl dgst -sha1 /tmp/file
SHA1(/tmp/file)= da39a3ee5e6b4b0d3255bfef95601890afd80709
I don't reproduce your bug.
Can you send me your postfix configuration ?
