[csw-maintainers] request for review of my first Python package

As I'm not used to this kind of stuff, I would like that our Python 
masters review my first recipe:

BTW, I'm a little bit intrigued about the lang-python directory and the 
apparent lack of documentation about the specifics of Python packages.
