I'm confused. It was your idea, wasn't it?
I feel we run in circles, and nobody knows what other others think any
more. Let's try to solidify our plan on a wiki page. Here's a starter:

It represents what I'm thinking we could/should do. If there's
anything to be expressed in more detail or clarified, just edit the
page. I'll watch the edits. If I spot anything that needs more
discussion, I'll respond here.
