[csw-maintainers] Reported issue against Curl with OpenSSL 1.0

Hi Dago,

I will first make some tests to see where the problem lies exactly (curl,
openssl, specific version of openssl, specific version of ssl/tls
protocol...).

Do you have if the problem has been present for some time ?
