It's exactly the same except there's no content to display, instead
there's a generic message in pkgutil. I think it's been there (line
~2300 in pkgutil) for a year after Kiel but the catalogs don't use it.
We also used to have a timestamp in the catalogs for some time. Bldcat
supports putting this in.
