[csw-maintainers] Some ideas about forthcoming camps

This could go both ways.  There might be more maintainers able to make
it because they're attending the other event, but it could also mean
that they're only able to dedicate the weekend (at most) because
they're attending the other event.  It would be fantastic if everyone
interested in attending the other event was able to take a large
enough block of time to do both.  Depending on employer, it could
reduce travel expenses though.
