[csw-maintainers] Error during CSWnsca installation: missing nagios user

Nope, the problem was in the package. I - and it seems nobody else too - did never install the package without installing CSWnagios before. So usually the user and group were already installed. As there is no dependency in CSWnsca to CSWnagios, you ran into the failure - maybe because of the transition, maybe you wanted to install CSWnsca before or without CSWnagios.

I built a new version of CSWnsca which ensures, that the user and group will be added before installing any files. I uploaded the package a minute ago, so it should be available soon.
