[csw-maintainers] s9_preload.so.1 should be excluded from checkpkg

Yes you're right, s9_preload.so.1 is not registered as the dependency of
the binary.
So rather than add this library to the exclude list, I should check that
the libraries flagged as unused by ldd are indeed linked against the binary.

I will make that modification.
