[csw-maintainers] emacs missing library / relocation error

CSWemacs-gtk depends on CSWlibm17n-utils which depends on
CSWlibm17n-flt0 which contains /opt/csw/lib/libm17n-flt.so.0
Consequently, the error is in the installation/upgrade process for which
I don't have enough information do analyze further. Anyhow, as said in
the sibling message, a Mantis report is required to go further.
