I tried to upload the packages specifically to sparc 5.11 and that
seems to have succeeded:

I guess it re-uploaded pm_log_any because I rebuilt that one just to
make sure there were no errors so it got a new checksum. I then tried
uploading the 6 packages to all catalogs again for good measure:
