Hi Dagobert, Horst Zuse is the son of Konrad Zuse and I have to admit that
there is no way to see the original Z3 from 1941 as it has been bombed by
the "allies" on December 21 1943.

There exists a non working but natural looking replique in Munic and a working
machine made of current smaller relais. This working machine:

will be presented in Berlin by the son of Konrad Zuse. Host Zuse build this
machine in his flat in Berlin 3 years ago.

Near by this machine, the Technik Museum has a original replique of the first
mechanical programmable computer Z1 (from 1937).

If you are interested, I will send a mail to Horst Zuse asking whether he may
give an explanation in English.

History:

Z1	1937 First digital programmable computer (mechanical and unreliable)
Z2	1939 Experimental arithmetic block to evaluate relais
Z3	1941 First electrical digital programmable computer
Z4	1942 First commercially sold programmable computer
