[csw-maintainers] Updated curl has issue with libtool/autoconf

Hi,

when working on the curl update I noticed that the linker pathes are put in too late
in the invocation. Further analysis showed that this is because upstream uses now
new versions for libtool/autoconf/automake which results in the wrong positions in
Makefile.in whereas Makefile.am has not changed. I opened a bug upstream
  https://sourceforge.net/p/curl/bugs/1217/
but the actual situation is that the upstream maintainer is unable to fix it.

It would be great if someone with libtool/automake skills could take a look at
the issue.
