Renaming only the catalog name for a package

This is best done with
  dam at login [login]:/home/dam/mgar/gar/v2/lib/python > ./safe_remove_package.py --help

IIRC you can call it with
  ./safe_remove_package.py --os-releases=SunOS5.10,SunOS5.11 \
	-c libpango
