Board election?

Hi All,

The board elections were intended to be for a 1 year period. We're
running up against that timeline now. I think we should run an
election shortly to determine the new board. Objections?

If you're not an OpenCSW member but would like to vote, all you need
to do is become a member (eg: send an email!). I'd encourage all
active maintainers to become members if they're not already.
