Migrating documentation to the manual

Hey Maciej

I'd be willing to take that up.

However, I'd like to present some suggestions on how to consolidate the 
- still relevant - information that is on the 
website/manual/wiki/community/trac until the end of the week. And if 
people support a new setup, I'd like to put more effort into that 
instead of the current one.
