Some packages are missing bundle information, we need to fix it

I talked with Laurent and Dago about it on IRC. We considered a few
options. For example we could add a check which would warn you that a
package changes its bundle name. This would require adding an
override, uploading the package and removing the override. Our
conclusion was that bundle name changes are infrequent enough that we
can leave it as is.
