OpenSSL Manpages

Hi Yann,

the package CSWopenssl-utils should contain the manpages and used to have them
in the past but does not at the moment. I looked at

CSWopenssl-utils  openssl_utils - Openssl 1.0 binaries and related tools
                  (sparc) 1.0.1f,REV=2014.01.26

Would you mind re-adding them again? Especially things like x509 and s_client
are useful to me.
