OSQA needs updating

Our OSQA installation at http://www.opencsw.org/community/ needs some work.
It works with django 1.2, but does not work with django 1.4; so we cannot
update the django package on the www host.

Someone needs to take care of updating OSQA on the www host or shutting it
down and migrating the content to e.g. static HTML.

Any volunteers?
