Something wrong with the package release chain?

The other day I uploaded a few packages and quickly got confirmation
e-mails, the web site package browser also updated and they were
removed from experimental.

Later this weekend I uploaded some other packages, e.g. phpsysinfo,
the process went without problems and they were removed from
experimental but the package browser never updated.

$ csw-upload-pkg phpsysinfo-3.1.12\,REV\=2014.05.10-SunOS5.10-all-CSW.pkg.gz

Most important is that they never hit the mirrors, first an example of
a package that did hit the mirrors:

bind-9.9.5,REV=2014.05.08-SunOS5.10-i386-CSW.pkg.gz 2014-May-10
11:57:57 560.0K application/x-gzip

And then one that didn't:

phpsysinfo-3.0.4,REV=2010.03.29-SunOS5.9-all-CSW.pkg.gz 2010-Mar-30
02:46:58 571.5K application/x-gzip
