Boost and GCC

Hello Maintainers,

I heard unfavorable opinions about /opt/csw/gxx. Our general direction is
to switch to GCC and build C++ libraries into /opt/csw. Boost is one of the
biggest C++ libraries we have. Do we want to move it to /opt/csw?
