freetype update

Hi,

I have set the GARCOMPILER on freetype and built it for sol9 and sol10.
I have also updated the version to the latest 2.4 (same major soname 
version 6!).

I hope it is not such a problem like libpng to update it? No fallout...

I haven't touched anything else... the current Maintainer is Dago.
