Focus on libpng

I did some more research and I am pretty sure it is a false positive, although I don’t
know what issue triggers it.

The problem occurs when I upload some packages from /home/experimental/libpng:

The exact same error is also present in the report:

However, when I look at the report of CSWlibpng16-16 at
  http://pkg.opencsw.org/pkgbrowser/reports/pkgbrowse-libpng.html#0e4bcc29625d8de54d6bde8a54ce571c
the file is clearly there. From my understanding when files are pushed together they are considered
to be verified together.

@Maciej: Do you have an idea what is going wrong here? Otherwise I tend to override the error for
now to have some progress with the libpng-updates first.
