svg problem during cairo build

Probably the pkgconfig is wrong. The include says
  #include <librsvg/rsvg.h>
where these are located in
  /opt/csw/include/librsvg-2.0
which is not added with -I, hence it is not found. I guess you must track down where it is
included and what is happening there.
