Ah, that's a kind of limitation, I'll remove it from -15 then.

But how can I upload the obsoleted package? I don't have don't have it. 
Please don't make me build another branch just for that, it is a 
nightmare otherwise.

It was already done that way and I left it so, I just versioned the dev 
package. I hope it can be fixed later, I'm actually for gradual 
updating, even if this small update became a big mess.
