New Subversion packages

Hi folks,

I finally managed to build a completely refreshed subversion 1.9.4 with the following
enhancements:

- fixed Python location (2.7 only since Subversion 1.9)
  /opt/csw/lib/python2.7/site-packages/subversion instead of /opt/csw/lib/svn/svn-python
- correct library location
  /opt/csw/lib instead of /opt/csw/lib/svn
- split library packages
- fixed pkgconfig-file location
  /opt/csw/lib/pkgconfig instead of /opt/csw/share/pkgconfig

As the changes to directories may break installations please give them a try at
  http://buildfarm.opencsw.org/experimental.html#subversion
