xz rollback to 5.2.9

Dear all 

I have submitted a few minutes ago 5.6.0r529, which is based on xz 5.2.9, and it should appear very soon in the repository.

Could you please upgrade on the build farm xz to 5.6.0r529?

This might break ABI. Please verify if you dependency still works with the rollback.
