T2000 Memory needed

Hi all

Our web and mail server is running on a Sun Fire T2000 already for many years. Unfortunately one of the memory modules is faulty and it is running currently with half of the memory. I did run out of spare parts and I am able to replace the fault modules.

I would need 1 GB modules and I was wondering if someone has any spare parts available that he could send me to Switzerland?
