I have just received this in users at . At the moment I am unsure what I can offer.
The website would need a complete redo and I am not sure if it would be for good.

 ? They're wanting to contribute to building packages.? I was going to 
point them to documentation specifically for the mgar build-system 
located here: http://gar.opencsw.org.? But it's returns http response 
temporarily unavailable.? Is this resource no longer available?

It was on Trac when this was offered as hosted app on SourceForge. Unfortunately they discontinued the service.
We had some copy on the buildfarm but the zone doesn?t seem to start everything properly and I need to look that
up. However, I vaguely remember we moved everything useful to the manual at

Maybe this is a good start?

Not an easy task as the website is tightly integrated into the package release process. There might be also other dependencies we are not aware of.

I don't know where we are on IRC :) I suppose in case we should be on 
libera.chat, as most FOSS projects I'm in.

I think the main reason of looking outdated is the news section (e.g. 
last news of 2022 and before of 2015...)
Or just 1 bug in the bug tracker?
Broken links here and there....

Well there are packages where I am hard in supporting solaris 10 and 
9... I don't know his level and readiness!
For sure even a little newer GCC packages would make a great jump.

Yes working for me as well. (Thank you to Dago for fixing).? IMO, there 
is a lot of great information about the mgar buildsystem in there.? I 
especially like the GAR Variable Reference.? Great for anyone wanting to 
learn how the buildsystem works.
