Fwd: How do I contribute

Hi Dago,


   They're wanting to contribute to building packages.  I was going to 
point them to documentation specifically for the mgar build-system 
located here: http://gar.opencsw.org.  But it's returns http response 
temporarily unavailable.  Is this resource no longer available?
