not really.
Even when a system has both installed, I'm sure that server-type stuff
doesnt want to have to invoke the 3xbigger footprint program, just
because people also want the gui version sometimes.
I'd suggest keeping the binary for the gui version as gnuplot_x11, and
leaving it at that.
