OpenSLP - provides libslp.so.1 to use with CUPS in order to stop depending on
a stock Solaris library.

There was a user on IRC tonight who was installing CUPS on OpenSolaris and was
bitten by missing libslp.so.1.  I think we better provide our own library to
avoid this kind of problems in the future.
