An upgrade for sudo.  Version 1.7.3 is already out, but it wasn't working
properly on my machines, and I need to figure out what was the problem before
I proceed with the 1.7.3 release.  For now, 1.7.2p8, updated for the second
incarnation of CSWalternatives.
