problem with dependancies: uses isaexec in ALL packages. not appropriate.

For that matter, why is there even a 64bit binary at all?
(/opt/csw/bin/sparcv9/libproxy) ?

Yes, i understand the old version has one, but I'm wondering if it is
really neccessary.
even if it is appropriate, it may, or MAY NOT be appropriate to tie in
use of isaexec with the top level package.
