I would go further and split off
   CSWpmrrd    Perl Module
   CSWpyrrd    Python Module
   CSWrbrrd    Ruby Module
   CSWrrdrt    RRD Runtime Libs
   CSWrrddevel Devel and Docs
   CSWrrd      Binaries, depend on CSWrrtrt only
