This is from the new library splitting check.  Checkpkg wants you to
define additional packages and place the .so objects into them as
appropriate.  You'll then need to add dependencies on these lib
packages.

Many (almost all) of the lines spit out by checkpkg could be added to
the recipe file to do what is required.
