What's called "libcups" here, is not a name of a package, but a name
for a set of catalog names. The set is:
libcups2, libcupscgi1, libcupsdriver1, libcupsimage2, libcupsmime1, libcupsppdc1
Current algorithm looks uses the longest common substring. If you
have a better algorithm, I'm open to suggestions.

It's the same naming scheme as with every other shared library. If
you look at the soname, it's libcups.so.2, which gives us CSWlibcups2.
It has been built from cups sources version 1.4.4, and hence the
version.
