I looked at it; it doesn't look like checkpkg output to me. I ran
checkpkg myself, here are the results:

There is a couple of Emacs, Perl, Python and Ruby files in the
package, so checkpkg suggests adding dependencies, but I guess in this
case you don't care if something like
/opt/csw/share/texmf-dist/doc/latex/shapepar/proshap.py can't be used.
It showed a couple of surplus dependencies, I think some of them might
be actually not needed, but I don't have enough information to be sure
which ones.
I didn't see the false positives on text files in /usr/share (.pm,
.py, etc. aside).
