As someone going to install this stuff though, I think I'd still be
looking for CSWfoo-utils (at least in the case of readline, anyway).
I'm looking at a debian box though and I see the same split you're
describing for -dev...I don't see the -utils package at all though.
(Also, they do lump libhistory and libreadline together for each
version. I still think independent is better on that front
personally.)
