The dtlogin files of CSWgnome include the following files
for the C locale only.

/usr/dt/config/C/Xresources.d/Xresources.CSWgnome
/usr/dt/appconfig/icons/C/CSWgnome.pm

Try copying/linking them to your locale.
If that works, file a bug on blastwave  :-)
