I have been wanting to set a project up like this one for some time. 
Sunfreeware is okay, but I felt a community could do much better than
the efforts of one man.  Plus the process should be out in the open and
consistent.  I am going to make use of these packages in the coming
weeks.  If there are pacakges I need I will volunteer to maintain them.
