I think so. You need to do a pkg-get -i spamassassin, though.
As this is not really required for evolution, I didn't add it as
a dependency. That would only lead to the installation of many
unused packages for people who don't wan't to run the integrated
spam-filtering.
I'll add a news-entry for evolution...
