[csw-users] SpamAssassin 3.0.4 test packages

If anyone wants to try them, there are test packages at the testing
sites for SA 3.0.4.  http://www.blastwave.org/testing

Downlaod and use `pkgrm CSWspamassassin`, `gunzip <filename>` and
'pkgadd - d <filename` to install.

Highlights of the release
-------------------------

 - Certain invalid "Content-Type" headers would cause SpamAssassin to
   incorrectly process parts of the message.

 - Certain long message headers could cause slowness when parsing the
message.

 - Added in SURBL JP list.

 - URI anti-obfuscation updates.

 - Additional bug fixes.
