[csw-users] Reason for pipe instead of comma or period

Hello,

what can be the reason for that in applications, like firefox, and other
application the comma on the num-key-block is a pipe? In firefox I can't
use the comma key, because a value of 3,52 is shown as 3|52. In
evolution, it works, but why it does not work in firefox?

Hope this is a small problem to solve
